i just wanted to say THANK YOU for the list of swim suits that you posted. i've been having trouble finding a vintage-style bikini that i like, it seems like they all just look exactly the same everywhere i look. and now i have so many amazing options!!!

im sitting here bawling my eyes out.
..i dont even know where to start-
someone i truly respected in the hot rod world passed away last night, he was only 65.
months ago he sent me an email explaining he has utter respect for what i did and appreciated the young generation keeping the rockabilly scene alive-
his son just emailed me saying he had my pin up photos on his wall and he admired what i did and that he had passed away and the funeral is next week in melbourne he was such a gentleman, such a sweet man..
I admired him :( this is the worst day.

Heya!! :) Congrats! you are going to have a ball- best thing is getting totally dolled up. Best thing to do is..sort out what sort of shoot is it? are you aiming for a more 1940’s hollywood glamour look or a 1950’s pin up modern look? research hair and makeup styles from all eras and im sure there is a tutorial out there. Remember red lipstick wasnt always the way- in the 40’s they wore crimsons and soft pinks and if you are going to wear a red put a soft line of black around the edges to make them pop! Tips on posing? what i say to all the girls that come to our shoots- play someone else- just incase your nervous, pretend your a character- jessica rabbit is always a good one- full of confidence!
